  I needed this luggage rack for a trip and ordered specifically from here because they had the fastest delivery. But they lied about the date. It took a week longer to ship the item, and it’s been more than another week since the shipping updated. I already had to buy a different rack locally to have it in time for my trip. I contacted the seller multiple times to cancel/refund the order, and they refused. Do not buy from them.

  The part number, color, and description matched my need. The part received was not the right cover but the left which I did not receive. I'm having trouble reaching a resolution with his seller. I waited several weeks for this part and now it is not right. I just want my money back. I'm getting the run-around.
