  The quality and condition is new as described and I love how it looks. I counted and checked the condition of all the 54 cards in the deck.   This was exactly what I ordered and was in great shape (despite being a game that's been dead for 25+ years). And a great seller! There was a brief shipping issue that was quickly resolved, and they were very communicative and kind. Would definitely order from them again.
