  Seller is responsive, item is as described, well packaged, and arrived in decent condition. While protected in bubble wrap, the box itself was torn on one side and was dented, fortunately its contents were not damaged. Perhaps the exterior cardboard box used to contain it was too tight (it formed an airtight seal around the item and extracting it out of the box took considerable effort)

  Seller was extremely nice. They had some stock issues but explained the situation honestly and offered me a discount because of it. The statue arrived quickly and was well packaged - everything came in perfect condition. It was a great transaction and since the seller proved trustworthy, I just ordered another statue from them.

  The shopping experience didn’t go as planned for myself or the seller. Despite the mishap, the seller was very fast at resolving the issue with a refund. He took responsibility and showed great customer service.   Seller was super friendly and has great communication! Sadly because of a mistake I made I had to refund the order but not because of shipping time it was my own mistake but thank you to the seller for fixing it all! Super nice and reliable thanks again

  Took a couple of weeks to arrive which is expected from a Chinese seller. Box was squashed but the figure was thankfully fine. The shipping box wasn't damaged so the item was shipped like this - not an issue for me but worth consideration for collectors.
