  This transaction was actually really amazing. They worked with me to make sure I got the right battery to fit my bike. I sent pictures and sizes and they helped a lot. They even said if it was an incorrect battery that they would give me a credit. That gave me comfort. The quality product arrived on time. And i tested it out and it was perfect. Thank you for the quality and great priced battery. So glad I did not buy it from the UD provider at a higher price. I would use this company again!!!

  Item was exactly as described, very well made and came in much sooner than expected! The seller was able to help me with all of my questions and guide me through the process to make sure the battery was the right battery for my e-bike before I ever even purchased it... I plan on buying another battery from this seller in the months to come. P.S. This is the CHEAPEST you'll find a NEW BATTERY anywhere, my wife and I searched for days before buying this one!

  Awesome seller! Battery packs arrived way ahead of time, were packaged very nicely in good condition and fit our Himiway Zebra e-bikes perfectly they look like the original factory battery, charged them up and installed they work perfectly. Charger is included and these are the best price on eBay.
