  Before I bought this I asked if returns were ok if it didn’t fit my bike, I was told yes, so I bought it, it didn't fit. I started a return, used the return label I was provided by Ebay. I'm giving 5* positives for shipping and quality. The seller DID give me my refund, however he was very rude about it, told me not to buy from his store anymore. I wasn't angry, I did nothing wrong, I followed SOP for returns. Apparently returns are fine unless you want one. Rude changes positive to neutral.

  Excellent communication with the seller, the battery (48V14A) is good quality. Shipment arrived in 4 weeks since the order was placed (China-- Romania) which is one of the best lead-times I've seen on this route, thanks!

  Still haven't received the merchandise, it's describe that it was in los Angeles California, but it was in China instead. So im still waiting in it, value was reasonable

  The shipping took longer than expected but received it as described, as it was shipped directly from China. I was told it got stuck in customs because it was a battery and goes thru a more rigorous inspection, so I received the item 5 weeks later. Not a big deal but got a quick response when asked for a status on delivery date from the seller. It was much appreciated being able to communicate and get an update quickly.
