  Exactly as described, I learned the hard way that declareing to the USPS dosen't mean that they will put a fragile sticker on the box, I ship soy candles that are in glass jars. Declaired that the box had had glass jars in it, it was packed well, and upon arrival every Jar was destroyed, turns out the USPS counter person did not put a fragile sticker on the box, which they usually do. Why risk a disinterested employee skipping that step, for the cost, better that insurance. Thanks
