  Purchased May 12. May 13th seller states item was delivered to the wrong address. States they will cancel order and issue refund. May15 states item sent...again. 3 days later no item. May 17, 18, 19 I ask for tracking. No response. I contact eBay. Seller asks if I want refund. Yes I reply. May 21st still no item or refund. I ask eBay to step in. Eventually eBay refunds my funds. DO NOT BUY from this seller. They do not know what stock they have, if they shipped an item and do not issue refunds.

  great ebayer shipped quick and free he went beyond when he was short on the order he had someone else fulfill the order and had fed ex deliver it but fed ex must have dropped it off somewhere else but i can live with it i hope a neighbor will bring to me this was fed ex's fault

  The coffee that I received was of good quality. However, the seller’s description clearly stated: “The product is a set of two bags of Folgers ground coffee, with a medium roast. Each bag contains 20 filter packs, perfect for brewing your favorite cup of coffee.” Based on this description I understood I would receive (2x20) 40 total filter packs. The two bags I received each contains only 10 filter packs. I contacted the seller and expressed my disappointment, but received no response.
