  Took quite a while to arrive but this was NOT the seller's fault. The problem lay with EVRi who seemed to have been sitting on the package for over a week. I contacted the seller and they immediately replied, saying they would look into the matter. The package arrived the very next day. The window ornament is truly lovely and I give the seller 10 out of 10 for brilliant customer service.
