Item took a little bit longer than expected to arrive, but it looks like brand new. In my case, the description and pictures indicated scratches and scuff damage along foot rests. Again, it was well worth the wait and seller did communicate the ship date would take longer. Great seller and communication. Will buy from again. Now to get it set up and learn how to ride it.
