  I was very happy with my purchase. The mid-century melamine bowl was truly in excellent condition, just as described by seller. Reasonable price, and the shipping costs were on the low side compared to comparable bowls (which were not in as nice condition). Well packed, and arrived in time for Christmas. I'd buy from this seller again, no question.

  Poorly packaged and slow to ship, ordered on Friday shipping label printed the following Wednesday. Item arrived broken. However, seller was quick to respond to refund request.

  I refunded this buyer in full the moment I received their email that it arrived broken. The item was packaged carefully with a lot of bubble wrap, but accidents sometimes do happen in shipping. The item was also shipped within the three business days stated in my (and ebays) policies. I thought the buyer and I had congenial communication about this situation, so I am surprised and saddened to see this negative feedback. I apologized and refunded right away-not sure what else I could have done.
