  The item has a damaged part, which I think was due to transport. I had a discussion with the seller regarding this matter, and the seller was very cooperative. We agreed on a solution (i.e., a partial refund) which I think was fair to both of us, and everything was resolved very quickly. I commend the seller on being very friendly and supportive, I would definitely recommend and want to buy from the seller again.

  Box was shipped with only wrapping and not overpack. This resulted in damage to the item box and inner packaging. Luckily there was no damage to the item itself. Otherwise experience was good.
