  Although the opal i received wasnt as i'd expected and I had to open a return, Shakir was very understanding and issued a refund without the need to return the opal. This was done very quickly and Shakir was polite and pleasant to deal with throughout. A true gentleman! Even though this item wasn't what I expected it will not prevent me from buying from Shakir again, he is honest and trustworthy. The best kind of ebayer.

  I m revising my feed back after the seller got in touch.and apologized for the wrong stone being sent by one of the workers .which can happen.wevhavechad a lengthy discussion and the seller is preparing to send a new stone as in the picture.which I think is fair and acceptable.
