  seller was extremely helpful.. he called me to ensure a slight delay in shipping would be ok. He was very apologetic., but the delay was not his fault. The delay caused the delivery schedule to conflict with my availability, so he personally made sure the club would arrive when I would be home to accept delivery.. greatly appreciated! I will definitely be doing business with him in the future. My Golf Club was very well protected during shipping!!

  The customer service is outstanding. I thought I ordered a left handed club, but turns out the club I wanted only comes right handed. Completely my error. Factory Direct actually called me as soon as I submitted the return request to discuss the issue. Sent me a return label within minutes. I will get a full refund and they are going to try to get me a comparable left handed club! They didn't have to do that. They have already gone above and beyond.
