  Items arrived brand new but took a little longer due to some carrier issues outside the seller’s control. When only 2 of the 3 mascaras arrived, I contacted the seller immediately. They responded within 3 hours and apologised. They offered a refund right away because they no longer have the item. Really grateful I managed to get this now discontinued product.

  Order and delivery prompt. Tnhis mascara is brilliant and a good price. Over the tears tried all the top brands but always return to Max Factor. The mascara arrived within a short time and popped through the letterbox being a small item. Very happy second time used this seller and will again.
