  Items arrived brand new but took a little longer due to some carrier issues outside the seller’s control. When only 2 of the 3 mascaras arrived, I contacted the seller immediately. They responded within 3 hours and apologised. They offered a refund right away because they no longer have the item. Really grateful I managed to get this now discontinued product.

  Item was delivered by mistake by the postman to another address but the address on the package was correct. Obviously this was not the sellers fault at all. Luckily I’m Facebook friends with the recipient and they messaged to say they had it so was able to collect it
