  A+++++++++ seller. This seller was 100% honest and described the problems with this TV and its remote control in detail in the listing along with important safety advice. I was very pleased when they accepted a slightly lower offer making it great value, even if for spares. The TV was packed extremely well and arrived exactly when advised. I haven't had much time to properly investigate the reasons yet but am optimistic. eBay needs more sellers who are this honest. Thanks very much jafa-64!

  Seller accidently listed the item as a blu-ray instead of standard dvd...informed me before it arrived and gave me a partial refund as I chose to accept instead of cancelling order. Arrived well packaged....Good seller

  Model arrived today, was very well packaged & postage was super fast, however upon opening the model was not as described, so I contacted the seller who was only too happy to put the issue right. We agreed a partial refund & I get to keep the model so both parties happy. This aside I would highly recommend this seller A+++

  Items were exactly as described and sent very quickly. I have never seen so much bubble wrap in a parcel ! The bowls were well protected and I got lots of packing material too boot ! I would recommend this seller.

  Bought as a buy it now Kiel Kraft Ladybird model aircraft kit for a very good price was posted immediately and received the same on arrival was very well wrapped up and boxed totally as described in photos and description no problems whatsoever everything as it should be no problems whatsoever thank you very much
