  Mostly positive because I did end up getting the item. But there was no tracking number uploaded for a week and the only messages were the same repeat auto replies over and over again. The item arrived before any tracking info was uploaded, THEN tracking info was uploaded after arrival. Most likely an international seller using Amazon to drop ship. You will get the item but just be patient as, for me, there was no info or messages from the seller directly.

  I am very dissatisfied with the product. It is very lightweight and doesn't justify its advertised capabilities. On attempting to contact the seller, I received an automated reply expressing their pleasure at my purchase. They did not attempt to address my dissatisfaction. I would give them zero Stars for their product as well as their customer service.

  The item shipped super quickly and was just as described. I was pleased with the product, but even more pleased with how quickly it arrived!
