  The earrings are pretty, but not as shiny as the picture. They arrived in plastic baggy and bottom had to be connected to top part. Important to secure tightly, as I almost lost one the first day I wore them. They do not irritate my ears which is a big plus. Great communication with seller. Would purchase again.

  I got my ring today. It is absolutely gorgeous. A+ customer service as well! So when I first ordered, something happened during shipping. It was at no fault of the seller. I didn’t even realize there was an issue, and the seller had already reached out to make it right. They sent me a new ring, and now it’s here. They were very kind about the process.

  The listing stated that I was buying a 14K gold-filled ring with a lab diamond. The ring that I received looked just like the pictures, but it did not contain any gold and the stone was cubic zirconia, not a diamond. The price was good to start with and the seller offered a partial refund. I'm happy with the outcome, but I probably won't buy from this seller again. They also said there would be a shipping delay because they had to make the ring. The reality was that it had to ship from China.
