  I bought a mains lead. I received an empty flat grey plastic bag. Seller wanted photographic proof that there was nothing in the empty bag. This, of course, no one on this Earth could prove. I did send 4 photos of the empty plastic postal bag. They also tried to apportion blame to the courier. I am a pensioner who is 74, terminally ill with cancer. I am also registered as disabled. I wrote telling them that I want no further business or contact. They mugged me for £11 + p. Disgraceful.

  Sellers was helpful. The courier marked it as delivered but never actually delivered it which is surprising as we have stuff delivered all the time, but obviously this is outside of the sellers control

  As described expected, transaction spoiled by amazon delivery just dumping it on the driveway as it wouldnt fit thru the letterbox. Only had to open the porch door or at least put it between the bin and the wall.

  Coax wall plate is exactly as described, brand new in original packaging. Appears well made it was well packed and arrived on time.

  sent a different item, not what I ordered, a cheaper version. This is the second time this has happened with different sellers, will never buy from this seller again, so save your money unless you want something you did not order
