  The seller and I disagree that the item was the wrong size. I sent pictures. The cane tip did not fit on our cane. A purchase at the pharmacy slipped right on. Still had shipping and handling deducted both ways. Out $13.93! Will not purchase from this seller again. Positive- seller is responsive.

  We have been selling these tips for over 18 years now. We never had an issue with sizing. It's very sad that you left a negative review when you ordered the wrong size tip.

  I did not communicate with the seller. I had no need. The item is as described and perfect for my needs. The stick is listed as Appalachian Chestnut wood and while that may be true, the stick arrived with a made in Italy sticker so it left me wondering?
