  Please can you explain why you sent My vacuumed rucksack out with no tracking number? How am I supposed to know where my parcel is and when it’s going to arrive? How does that help the punter please explain. This is not very good customer service real easy stressing you’re sending peoples items out and they don’t know where they are or when they’re going to arrive.   Don’t bother,some type of scam,very long delivery time,waited 2 days past that then asked for refund. They eventually told me it had been posted,never arrived and they don’t supply tracking,which was an item over £100 is odd. Don’t waste your time,buy from a reputable seller 😡😡
