  I would highly recommend buying from here. The customer service is the best. They sent me the correct plc the first time and there was an issue with it, so I sent them a message in which they immediately replied. They sent me another plc the next day. I will continue to do business with Expert Techno Trading and I recommend them to anyone. Thanks for doing business the way it should be done!!

  The seller was great to work with! I was initially having issues connecting to CCW and they offered replacing the item at no-cost, once I provided some pictures to confirm a malfunctioning unit. However, I was able to connect to the MicroLogix 820 by using Wireshark and looking for the ACK packet to obtain the IP address so I could then be on the same network and then eventually connect over ethernet to CCW. I would definitely do business with this seller again!
