  Item was as described, new with tags. A very comfortable hoodie. Great price and packaged well with great appearance. The seller was great to work with me.The only problem was the shipping, the cost and too a long time to be delivered. The item took 11 days to be delivered to me.

  Shipping was good it was around the time frame, the product was well. It was well packaged, it had a fragile sticker (fedex destroyed the box) but at least the seller put some protective paper and bubble wrap to protect the product. It was just as described, it was clean as was said and worked as expected. No problems so far. The pricing was reasonable and I won’t complain. It’s basically brand new!

  Item was not as described but I contacted the seller and she quickly refunded the money realizing their was a mistake. It is nice to find a seller who is honest. I would purchase from the seller again as I do know things sometimes happen or their are errors. The fact that the seller kept in communication and refunded the money right away was refreshing.
