    I was happy with everything. The shipping was on time, the item was even better than in the pictures! On his own behalf, this seller offered to help with an aspect that wasn't his responsibility but simply out of kindness. He also brought the price down with my bid. If this seller has something you want, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM even if the cost is a little more than another's because this seller truly seems to want to assure you're happy with what you buy.     The item arrived in decent condition and shipping was fast, and good packaging. However, the item had a different USB connection than was described in the listing, which was an issue for me. I contacted the seller and they promptly handled the issue. I appreciate that they made the transaction hassle-free and corrected the mistake quickly. I would buy from them again.

    Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on a Thursday. Securely packed in a very nice bubble wrap pillowcase type thing to prevent damage. Computer is exactly as advertised, and works exactly as intended. All specs are correct, everything is fully functional. Amazing price for a refurbished computer. 10/10, would buy from them again.

    The Unit delivered was not the exact Unit pictured in the Add. The Seller did make the mistake acceptable by refunding some of the purchase price. Very responsive and understanding. Fast Shipping and well packaged. I would do business with them again.
