  The rubber hitch ball cover was just as described and reasonable in price, but shipping was delayed by an unknown snafu; product arrived one day late; the original shipment notice said UPS had delivered it, but the package never arrived by UPS, then I received an e-mail notice from FedEx that the package would be delivered the next day, and it arrived in a Home Depot envelope with a return address from Home Depot in McDonough, GA, and the seller's address was Boca Raton, FL -- quite confusing.

  Wonderful to deal with but ultimately had to be issued a refund. The UPS mis-delivered the item to who knows where. Another was immediately sent but it was the wrong item. Things happen. I was offered a refund and accepted it. As I said...these were wonderful folks to work with but ultimately didn't work out. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  A shipping label mix-up had my original package sent to the wrong house in which the occupants refused to return it, but the seller sent out another package and it arrived without delay. The quality of thendvd was brand new. It arrived in the original packaging and the value was definitely worth it! Thank you for handling this so quickly!

  Great people to deal with! VERY FAST response!!! My package was delivered to a wrong address and the shipper took care of the problem the minute I notified him that I didn’t receive it. PROFESSIONALISM at the BEST!!! I will be ordering all of my DEF from here! Plus the best price I have found.
