The item was bubble wrapped and came in a mailing box, not just some flexible shipping bag. It was perfect when delivered. Great communication also. You can trust these people.   Item was as described and in excellent condition. There was a delay in the shipping. I contacted the seller and they responded promptly. The item arrived about a week after the initial promised delivery date. I would buy from the seller again.

  Bought 15 for a client, all units were in exceptional condition cosmetically and preformance, communication was outstanding, was provided pictures of QA and shipping was expidited, all units arrived completly encased in individual bubble wrap and shipping boxes were not overloaded. 10/10 will be my go to vendor in the future.

  I would like to leave feedback for this seller even though I did not get the correct item (my mistake, NOT theirs). I misread the voltage, and the item they sent was the listed one and not what I expected. I sent them a message and they went 'Above and Beyond' to rectify my error. They issued full credit and attempted to find the one I needed. Above all they were courteous and professional. My highest recommendation!!

  The power cord arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition. It was well packaged with no damage or wear and looked brand new right out of the box. I plugged it in right away and it worked flawlessly with my device. Shipping was fast too. Really happy with the purchase and definitely recommend this seller.
