  The vendor shipped me a Lenovo charger instead the the Dell charger I ordered. When contacted, the vendor confirmed that the wrong one was sent and immediately sent the correct charger. I very much appreciate working with a vendor like this one.

  Wonderful seller to work with. Item exceeded expectations. Was packed beautifully, arrived from California to NY in perfect condition. Had one minor issue but seller was quick to acknowledge and very quick to solve. The system I bought was the best bang for the buck out there.
