  Seller didnt have blanket I ordered but offered a different one which I accepted. Seller contacted me after it didnt show up to report it was lost in the mail and would refund my payment. I recieved the refund. Excellent communication with this seller.

  Ordered 2, was only sent ONE MUG. If I had not contacted the seller, I would’ve never gotten my second mug which I’m still waiting for so I am aggravated and I didn’t wanna leave a negative comment but it seems like I’m gonna have to wait a month and I have to get my second mug and I’m angry because they were gifts to my two neighbors which are my girlfriends. They were to be Valentine’s Day gifts now I’m in March.! Be careful ordering from the seller.

  Order was shipped in two different shipments due to delays associated with the California fires. Second mug was delivered today. I understand customer is upset but we have done the best we could under the circumstances and have continued to communicate with the customer.
