  The experience with this seller was exceptional. They were prepared to take a lower price for the item which made it better value for me. The item was as described, large size and new with tags. The item was well packaged and discreet and although the postage costs from the United States are higher than from other countries the item arrived earlier than anticipated which was a bonus!   Had an issue with item breakage due to postal carrier fault. Seller packed item well so package must have been dropped hard. I filed and received the postal insurance claim. Seller was very good with communication,patient, and understanding during the 2-3 week postal claim process. Highly recommend seller.

  arrived intact " but the DVD was off it's hold down center hub, was able to clean out the scuff and DVD did play as it should - as close described - great seller with great communication, and with nice item's = would buy from again and not give another thought. U2 buy now also!
