  This item was absent from the delivered package of photographs. Investigation by the seller established that there had been an error in packaging and the item could not be found. It was declared as lost during the packaging process. After many years of purchasing numerous photographs from this seller, there has never been a similar event. The standards of service have always been extremely high. In this case, an immediate full refund was provided by the seller who I continue to recommend.
