Packaged well for a trip to the US and the tubes were described perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised with the value for the tubes, for hard-to-find tubes at this price is almost unheard of. The seller was fast to answer questions and communicated extremely well. Also included was a very nice tube puller, a nice free added extra touch. Highly Recommended Seller!

The shipment was shown as "not trackable", but it did actually have a tracking number on it. Also, I found the shipping box a little flimsy with almost no cushioning, but it made the intercontinental shipment successfully. So, no complaints.

The delivery time was as expected, coming from Belgium. The delivery by USPS required a signature so it would not be stolen from my front porch. The seller included at no cost a rubber tool to help remove tubes from their sockets, along with instructions for use. I have tried this out and it works well.
