  Although there was a problem with the delivery (the item was delivered to someone in a different state), this was not the fault of the seller. Once this was brought to the seller's attention, the seller offered to either send me one once he received a new supply (which would be up to several weeks) or refund my purchasing price. I opted to have my payment refunded. To the seller's credit, it was back in my Paypal account within a day. This response, to me, is the action of a five star seller.

  The listing was sold as a front and rear fuel tank bracket. When the item was shipped I only was provided one tracking number and the 2 items shipped separately. So I thought they did not ship the other. The seller then provided a second shipping number when contacted and got back in good time. It was still more complicated than it should have been.

  Did not ship to my location! A bit frustrating, not the sellers fault. Shipper did not communicate any reasons for not willing to ship to either buyer or seller. Product looked very well constructed but can’t review something that I didn’t receive.
