  Ordered a used book, but was contacted shortly afterwards by the seller to let me know the book had a tea-stain along the side that hadn't been noted in the description. Not only did the seller immediately refund the full amount (for what's a fairly minor defect), but they still sent the book through anyway for free- very kind, trustworthy service and would definitely order from again!
