  Ordered a used book, but was contacted shortly afterwards by the seller to let me know the book had a tea-stain along the side that hadn't been noted in the description. Not only did the seller immediately refund the full amount (for what's a fairly minor defect), but they still sent the book through anyway for free- very kind, trustworthy service and would definitely order from again!

  I was very happy to find this book, reasonably priced as a hardback, and an unusual subject but of personal interest to me. It arrived very well packed, promptly and in good condition. Always worth trying ebay first including for something unusual, or of specialist interest - and in buying, you're helping a private seller or small business not a big multinational. Many thanks!

  Positive experience with the seller. Item was sent Via Royal Mail but did not arrive, I opened a dispute and seller looked into it. Apparently a dispatch date hadn't been given by Royal Mail suggesting they have not delivered it. As this is the case the seller promptly refunded me in full. Couldn't ask for a better trader, it is unfortunate they were let down by something outside their control.
