  They said that the shipper will not deliver to my address. Which is bunch of BS. We live in a Major Metropolitan US City and receive deliveries from all of the carriers on a regular basis. They did refund my purchase minus 29cents. Really 29 cents. Other people sell the same product, I would suggest contacting one of them.
