The delivery service clearly dropped the box at least once if not several times, got some sort of green goo on it, etc. Having never had a robot cleaner, I couldn’t know if it was still working correctly. And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow! And the robot cleans great!

I expected better from an official store. I do not recommend buying directly from them.

After more back and forth about more delays the seller said I should cancel and receive a refund because they didn’t know when it would be back in stock. Communication was proactive to an extent, but I was frustrated at the lack of specific information provided and ultimately not being able to get the item I ordered, especially when the listing said there were 12 in stock when I purchased.
