  The initial package arrived damaged. However I contacted the seller who quickly arranged a replacement be sent which arrived well packed and in perfect condition.   Item exactly as described would recommend five stars for seller and communications . one only comment being let down by Royal Mail as a delivery item sat 2 full days at Chelmsford depot before being moved on so did not arrive in the expected time slot.

  Was extremely happy with this service, the parts are great quality , great value , obviously brand new condition and appearance, most of all the seller was absolutely fantastic with communication and very helpful once the part had been received , could not of been a better transaction especially as I know zilch about car parts, seller even offered advice and guidance after the sale was complete, 10 out of 10

  intialy sent out the incorect side, but the replacement was very quickly posted and arrived packaged nicely. however, seller has been a nightmare in getting out the information with what to do with the incorrect one! overall, good service and value, but if you have to deal with the seller it can be a bit of a nightmare as you end up going in circles.

  Recommended 100% I can’t praise this seller enough! We had problems with deliveries. Replacement sent no quibbles. Then problems with fitting. Refund issued no quibbles. Superb service and communication at every step! Thank you and I’m so sorry that the part didn’t fit!!
