  The overall quality of the item is fair. It will work but the workmanship and quality control is lacking. See photo. The shipping (to travel approximately 40 miles) took 7 days. I could have driven the 40 miles (80 miles round trip) in about 2 hours. Poor customer service.

   item shipped quickly exactly as shown in the picture good for the price worked for my heavy hair. The only thing I would say is no tracking sent. I cannot track my package to see where it was, but I’m glad it was delivered.

  Was very surprised to open my package when it arrived. Am used to very heavy chimes here because we get some very quick&hard winds. Will hang these in protected areas because it will not take much wind, probably only a light breeze to make these chimes tinkle. All 3 were well packed so no damage & arrived in good time. This sellersure does stay on top of customer's wanting their purchases in good order! 5☆s. Sincerely, land3345
