  The item was sent out promptly and arrived very well wrapped and padded for shipping. There was a chip in the frame around the painting that I wasn’t expecting. But in looking back at the pictures from the seller’s original listing, I can see that the chip was clearly visible in the photos. So I just missed it, which was my fault, not the seller’s. The seller was totally upfront about it. I would buy from this seller again.
