  Excellent transaction with this seller, the items works perfect, good value for money. The only problem was with the DHL courier, that delayed the delivery by 4-5 days and delivered the parcel fully open (the external plastic wrapping and the card box inside). The parcel was left on the doorstep, exposed to anyone passing by, despite I have driveway It wasn't a marked DHL van, just a white van Excellent communication with the seller, even over the weekend. I will recommend

  This is the second I purchased a router from this seller. They sent the device really quickly and I received my router next day. There was a little drama with the delivery company but it was fine in the end. The seller was also extremely responsive. The router was great and functional. The condition is better than I expected. Also great value among the market. I highly recommend this seller as testified by their great reviews!

  Although I did not receive this item due to DHL "losing" it while out for delivery (it took a personal visit to the depot for them to eventually admit this) the service and interaction I had from Eternal Communications was excellent. I am waiting for the refund to clear and shall order a replacement as they now use a different courier.
