  Bought last year from this seller with no problems when I bought again this year and order 3 bottles only received 1 bottle. I emailed the seller and they apologised and immediately sent out the missing 2 bottles so all's well that ends well. Yes my bottles arrived in good condition but a little bubble wrap might have been added protection to the plastic postage bag.

  Great budget way to buy a variety of essential oils, especially as they had rose in stock. I took advantage of the buy 5 , get three extra free. Came in sealed well labelled bottles. Sadly, the plastic postage bag split somewhere along the Royal Mail trail and I lost 5 bottles. Contact with vendor, who acknowleged with an apology and they quickly replaced. Good seller.

  Excellent seller, great comms, well packed and arrived the next day. Thank you. The oils well packed but one hadn’t had its top screwed on tight so it was leaky on arrival. The oils were well priced. Would buy again from this seller.

  First order didn't arriv so contacted seller who posted another order. It would be good if seller could wrap bottle and then put it in grey plastic envelope. Fortunately, bottle didn't break during transit. Good seller communication. Thank you

  Exactly as described, this item arrived with two others ordered at the same time. I'm very happy with my purchases, but the packaging was surprising! 3 little glass bottles together in a single plastic envelope for delivery, with no further protection!!! I'm just pleased they all arrived, seemingly intact!!
