  Replacement came as the one I ordered was no longer available, the seller contacted me by phone and Email to see if I wanted a replacement (the latest newer model) at the same price. I did, and the product arrived in its original packaging the next day.

  Era tal cual la foto y descripción pero era el modelo equivocado me enviaron el STK810 y el que yo necesitaba y que NO da fallo es el STK361. Lo pide devolver sin problema tras hablar con el vendedor la comunicación fue todo perfecta.

  I ordered the wrong connect 2 kit at first and after contacting Essex outlet they immediately corrected the error of my ways and offered me the correct kit ,I purchased this kit sent old one back got a full refund straight away and now my stereo works flawlessly from the steering controls . Excellent service and would definitely purchase from again .
