  Good Product, fast delivery but sadly there was a query with the product pricing and description. They were immediately defensive, uncooperative and unwilling to find a resolution. BAD COMMUNICATION and Rude. Basically I made an offer below the buy it now, which they accepted, and then charged me the Buy It now price. Completely disregard any query I made. BUYERS BEWARE

  Ordered this part as description mentioned it was for our vehicle (we hadn't taken the mirror apart yet) and when it arrived discovered that it would not work as the new part was too big. Contacted the seller who sent us the link for the part that would fit however the description didn't mention our vehicle. Wrong part returned although postage was not refunded as agreed unless we bought the replacement from him. Quite disappointed as description wasn't correct to start with

After purchasing the part, we would refund the product fee and you approved it. It is a part that we sell a lot and we have not had any problems with our product list so far. Your comment is very sad
