  Seller sent the item quickly and it arrived before expected date. I ordered the wrong item and the seller responded right away. The item came with everything described and a cover was added as a gift. Great service and would do business with this seller again. My refund has been issued.

  Absolutely love this product works amazing and it was brand new in box with everything as shown on the packaging and pictures and sounds great and looks amazing and the value is fantastic and I would definitely recommend this product and seller to anyone and really fast shipping and I use it now for my house radio I use in my house for as a radio

  They sent me a broken piece of junk and told me to go to a local shop and try to get it fixed and they would "graciously" refund half of the purchase price. I call bovine excrement! Slow shipping with inappropriate packaging. Communication is horrible THIS IS NOT A US COMPANY THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA! The time difference is such that you will be lucky to get one response a day and it will be obsequious nonsense. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

  Fair partial offer considering the damage probably occurred during shipment as the box too was damaged. This wouldn’t be the seller’s fault but they were generous enough to offer something and not ignore my concerns.

  They sent me the wrong wiring for my steering wheel controls. I have reached out and each time get told all kinds of different things. I've sent pictures and everything. I've told them I do not have the bose system but I have steering wheel controls. The only reason bought this is because it said it was plug and play. Very disappointed in the help I've gotten from this seller

  Great price for the quality of the item and the customer service received has been exceptional they kept up with my tracking and when my item was delivered they sent me a message to make sure everything was on point would definitely buy from them again and would recommend there product
