  Bought a preowned laptop from the seller and it was exactly as described. The condition was better than the listed item. It was clean and neat in appearance and everything works perfectly.   The BIOS was password locked so I contacted the seller and we agreed on a partial refund to amend the issue. Other than that the laptop worked fine. It arrived in 7 business days. The packaging was adequate.
