  First, I must say this seller has outstanding communication skills and customer service. I contacted him numerous times and he responded quickly, answering my inquiries with professionalism, politeness and courtesy. I must admit that when the tracking number was provided, and I saw a carrier delivery service that I was unfamiliar with, I did have some trepidation. That being said, the guitar was delivered on time as promised. The guitar itself is an unbelievable value for the price.

  Thank you so much for the quick shipment of my second attempt regarding the car seat covers!  I sincerely appreciate Eric’s help and trying to correct the issue. Unfortunately, I am needing to request a return label for the second shipment as the color is too dark for my vehicle. Quality condition and value seem exceptional, but the color isn’t light enough of a grey. Because of the customer service responses that I have received, I will definitely recommend people to purchase from this seller
