  Chair looked like it could have been brand new, apart from minor damage to a small corner trim piece that looked like it had been damaged during shipping. When contacted about this, they posted a replacement part out to me immediately. Really happy with my experience with this seller, I would buy from them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone. Price was very fair for this quality of chair and appearance matched the photos.
