  Chair looked like it could have been brand new, apart from minor damage to a small corner trim piece that looked like it had been damaged during shipping. When contacted about this, they posted a replacement part out to me immediately. Really happy with my experience with this seller, I would buy from them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone. Price was very fair for this quality of chair and appearance matched the photos.

  Good seller, would buy from them again in the future. Had a minor issue with one of the wheels of the chair arriving broken and the seller resolved promptly. The chair itself (Steelcase Please V2) is ok but I'd probably pay the extra for a leap or amia in the future. You gain improved back support over the amia but the overall design and comfort is worse.
