  The seller shipped my package from CA and somehow FedEx passed by state and it's stuck in another. I contacted the seller for help and they went above and beyond and reshipped the package while the other remains incognito. Don't give much attention to their feedback score because their communication and resolution was perfect and maybe similar instance took place which would not be their fault. Maybe FedEx has automatic insurance where they can file a claim. FedEx is careless.

  accurate description-brand new in factory cello wrap and box, best price I could find on several sites, ultra protectively packaged and boxed for delivery, slower delivery due to some issue with the local FedEx, had item for 3 days before getting it delivered, thanks!

  Second purchase of same dehumidifier, very satisfied with pricing, and new quality product. This second purchase outer box seemed to have been attacked by a very large rodent on the outer box in shipment. Internally due to excellent packing the unit was unscathed and is working properly. Judging by my second purchase i am very satisfied by this vendor and quick shipping
