Ordered at 12.08pm on the 23rd December from Bury St Edmunds and delivered by a very helpful and cheery FedEx driver 22hrs later in the Northeast just outside Sunderland.   The item arrived like lightning the very next day! Unfortunately the item arrived with a manufacturing defect and could not be used. I contacted the seller and he instantly responded with various options for me to choose from. He couldn't have been more helpful really! I sent it back for a refund which was received promptly.
